Soda: it’s served at almost every restaurant. We know it’s bad for us but some just can’t seem to shake the classic American addiction to a cold, bubbly drink alongside every meal. It has become embedded in our culture, after all. Some attempt to limit their intake and some try to cut it out completely but, in the end, we usually return to our old habits.
Allow me to present you with an alternative.
I have friends over almost every weekend and they are heavy soda drinkers (each putting away up to 1 1/2 two-liters in a single day!) but now, they regularly ask for this! When they’re over, they almost never drink conventional soda.
Ingredients
- 50 drops Sweet Leaf Stevia (Valencia Orange)
- 120 drops Sweet Leaf Stevia (Vanilla Creme)
- 20 oz. sparkling water
Directions
Combine all ingredients and enjoy!
Tip: Combine all stevia into the bottom of the glass and then pour the sparkling water over the top. This ensures an even blend.
